Refund policy


RETURNS

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We accept unworn, unused items purchased from bembien.com or our Greenpoint studio within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note hangtags must remain attached for returns to be accepted.

For orders placed directly through bembien.com, please go to Bembien Returns to request a return label. Please have your order number, shipping zip code and email address available to process your return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

To return your order with your own shipping label, please contact customerservice@bembien.com for return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. 

For orders placed through J.Crew, please email us at customerservice@bembien.com to request a return label. Please include your order number in the email.

It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. For any questions, please contact customerservice@bembien.com.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for U.S. domestic orders only. To exchange an item, please visit bembien.loopreturns.com and fill out the prompts. You will receive a new order confirmation email and shipping notification email for your exchange order. Items marked ‘final sale” may not be returned or exchanged. Bembien does not cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges.

FOOTWEAR

Footwear must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Footwear with any sign of wear will not be accepted as a return and will be returned to the customer. We encourage you to try on shoes on a soft surface to prevent any scuffing or wear marks. For size, please check our size guide carefully before purchasing. International orders are not eligible for return.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

We do not accept exchange / return items from third party retailers.
